To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 25% may apply to returned items. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the returned product.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team at thehappystorellc.com@gmail.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation that came with it.
Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment, minus any applicable restocking fees and shipping fees.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team to arrange an exchange. Exchanges may be subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
